Void Have banned users' rep be removed

I feel like this would only help those who really care about the rep number, to most it shouldn't bother or matter.

While I also do agree sometimes if they left like dwc or some stupid ass bullshit but then got banned for scamming maybe 3 month check or some shit.

It's a-lot of work that would have to be done manually though I believe..
