Upgraded Section?

Could we have an Upgrade Only section where just Upgraded Members can chill? The section could consist of; 

 - HQ Giveaways
 - Upgraded Lounge
 - NSFW Section
 - Upgraded Leaks, etc. (Leaks/Freebies for Upgraded Members only.)

I feel like being an upgraded member here just means more PM space and more rep points to neg/pos people.

I want upgrading to mean more then just PM space and an UB and -3, instead of -1 which is why I think this section could possibly make more people ugrade.
