Why are you trying to boost the marketplace with "stolen" @ s in the first place? I don't understand the reasoning behind this.

If you are paying for a top tier username you should be using a top tier swap service because you are always at risk.
The Staff are increasing this risk by allowing autoclaiming. Flawed logic. You're at risk when buying @ > Staff Allows More Risk > But Pay extra and Maybe you'll be safer than before we allowed autoclaimers.. idk homies..


Also in regards to:

If you're going to allow something that was once illegal, you should pardon and give clemency to those in this situation. If a state legalizes marijuana is it fair to keep people locked up for possession?

If someone breaks the TOS (knowing they are breaking it) and is banned for it, they shouldn't be unbanned just because it's now not against the TOS lol

Autoclaiming/turboing shouldn't be bannable to begin with. You don't own the username anymore the second you press the button to edit your profile to swap it off. There are 1 billion users on Instagram, anyone could have claimed it. Anyone with a brain could fake proof of claiming a username anyways; so that point seems invalid to me.

Regardless, if anyone is going to sell an @, they don't truly need RAIDUSER to make a sale. Most users get sold offsite within the stat/influencer scene. The only @'s you see for sale on here are the recycled garbage of buying and reselling.

These "rules" against autoclaiming/turboing have killed the marketplaces since HF and FK days.
