sorry if im wrong as i dont use instagram that often but.. cant you just take your page off of private for a minute or two then it automatically accepts the requests? you could then just put it back on private. Does that not work if you have large amounts of people trying to follow you

if you have a large amount this can take quite some time, plus you may be losing followers due to being on public during this time.
this is a product marketed towards large accounts; I've noticed this is mostly an issued faced by meme pages.
