Even then I don't think it's a good idea to allow users to junk in market. It can be anyone who scams/gets scammed.

As soon as 'Junk' is at or around 0, that means they've been pruned, or when you lose a bunch of posts. Would not be hard for someone to check every couple of weeks to wait on pulling.
