Should marijuana be legalized in all states?

I personally believe yes, it should be. My mom, herself uses it, I use to and got caught with it ( 4 days ago). Which she wasn't happy about but I understand why she was upset as I'm not of age, but still believe it should be legalized.

Although I personally believe it should be legalized quicker, and throughout all states. It has its medical benefits, its much safer, and better than alcohol and the best part, you can have a good time when using it. 

What are your opinions, I would like to know?

Couldn't be said better. I think people are slowly starting to come to a realization that, just because something has the label "drug" to it doesn't mean its bad. And just because it can slightly alter your state of mind, although your still fully conscious of what is happening around you, it doesn't necessarily mean its harmful.

WorldWide Baby. I really don't see a reason why not to legalize it. I understand the few consequences of abusement but that comes to all medication. Weed would help more people than worsening it.

Im a very bad example though. I live in a country where It's illegal and I fuck with weed all the time, not really using it for medicational purpose.
