Pretty and simple -> There should not be a DWC rank like there is now. Scammed off-site? Ban. In any community he scammed before: Mpgh, hf, lsx, if he scammed -> and ofc not refunded/been unbanned or willing to deposit funds to @Ace or @Verdict, he should not be allowed into the community.

Actually, my idea was to hard to explain in title, so tecnically DWC would happen in two cases:

1. User currently has a scam report opened against him.
2. User has scammed (does not matter where) and refunded. (Up to you if he should deposit funds).

But what to the users that are in dwc now? I dont know, I am not the sharpest knife lol.

This is just more like a rant thread, something that the staff should do for less scams to happen.

i mean i still think the dwc group is a necessary one to have.

but yeah i agree, the people clearly attempting to scam out and failing should just be banned and not put in the group.

I heard there was other community. Ogflipper, ogleaker, ogmyass, I dont remember it. This community should not be trying to be beat them. I would rather have less users, less scam, less drama, less broke people buying avatar pictures for $5

DWC makes it so people know that the person who has dwc has done sketchy things in the past and should be dealed with caution.
