I dunno if the name Jury fits it (in a court scene it does, yeah but then that'd mean admins/staff would be called Judge lol). Sometimes users catch things that staff unintentionally overlook so I can see how this may be good for the site, but at the same time the DD section isn't filled with unsolved reports so they seem to be doing a decent job at the moment.

No other users should see them, if they want to warn people about a possible scammer they could use the community alert, restrict disputes to only be seen by @Ace and people he chooses idk just a thought.

Ace already told me how he feels about this. It's just down to getting a UB made, and coding for it.

If only @Ace saw them, community members would be unaware of (potential) scammers. I think it should just come down to who can post rather than who can view.
