As someone probably older than a lot of you and having seen and done a lot of shit in my life, drugs aren't the answer. By all means smoke weed, I do too. But try to get some clean weed, not some shitty hydro.

Stay the fuck away from benzos and opiates this includes lean.

Sometimes all you need to get back on track in life is a change of scenes, new friends, move house, do something different. Go to the gym, meet a girl. Anything.

Actual medication is hard, it took me 10 years to find medication that helps. Don't give up you cunts.

the reason i posted this thread is because of my drug problem. i agree with drugs aren't the answer 100%, they're just a really easy and horrible coping mechanism.
