Ability to mark a thread as "Sold"

I think a really solid way to implement this in just 3 easy steps would be to:

1.) Make it so that whenever a potential buyer makes a legitimate offer, the seller has the option to then verify his offer post with a button option. Legit offers can be proven via the seller confirming a POF and then clicking the "verify button" on said potential buyers post.

2.) His post is then automatically marked as "To Be Notified" or "TBN" with a little tick or check mark in the top right or left corner of said users post indicating that they're a verified potential buyer.

3.) Once the sales thread is closed, only those who have a verified "To Be Notified" or "TBN" post will get a notification and PM stating that the item of interest has been sold and that they were outbid and/or someone else purchased the item for sale, etc..

Of course also having the "SOLD" prefix would be helpful as well to complete all of this.

A little more complicated than what I was thinking but I could definitely see this working as well. I appreciate your input!

It didn't start off that way I swear lol

I was going to just post something along the lines of how the "SOLD" prefix would be a great idea, and it would, but then my brain told me that there should also be a "TBN" system and that I now need to explain it in great detail so the rest of OGU can understand this revolutionary idea.
