NEED HELP "PSN Randomly banned"

Alright so I haven't been on PS4 for like 4 months and I was checking on my three letter PSN every now and then... until I tried to login and it said I got temporarily banned and I haven't been able to sign in I would call PSN but im in the U.S. And it's a U.K. Account can someone try and help me resolve this thanks I have OG email access too it... The best thing you should do is just contact the uk support?

To unban a UK psn they ask for ID 24/7 now, so unless you get ID made youre basically fucked until UK support stop being retards
