since its corona time and gyms are closed give me suggestion on workouts
give me any workouts anything from cardio, hiit or whatever it is
im looking to reduce my mid/lower belly, lower chest, legs and my ass and build my muscles/body
if you have any recommended diet plans do include that also
current stats:
age- 17
weight- 67 kg
height- 169/170/171 cm (not sure)im bored my ass off
