Release IP when someone is banned.

From what I have seen, there are tons of scammers at OGU.

I feel like we should reveal the scammer's IP when they are banned. I simply hate the fact that they think they can get away with scamming 500$. I know LF does this and there are no problems there currently.

But really. There are more people that scam than they are innocent. It's not like every single guy who gets banned is gonna get ddosed by one of us. It's probably just the most hated scammer who would face consequences. But however, this can scare off some future scammers as some may have a fear of them being ddosed and tracked.

This may or may not decrease the number of scammers.
