Suggestion:

All reputation left from a now banned user should be removed.

Most of the banned users are scammers and being that type of person usually comes with arrogance and an attitude.

I believe their opinions are invalid & mean nothing, especially now that they're banned.

I purposely asked them to ban this account and I got it unbanned, it would be a tragedy if someone did the same as me and came back and had no rep on their account that they had done nothing wrong on.
