Not how HWID resets work.

HWID resets work as:
John sets his HWID on his first PC. John wants to use AIMWARE on his second PC, John meets the "HWID mismatch" error. John resets HWID, gets approved. This doesn't mean he has a clear HWID he can use for any PC. His second PC is the new HWID it's assigned to.

What you're trying to do is impossible. Whoever buys will not get their HWID reset request approved, they're manually analyzed.
