The reason I don't introduce new awards that aren't luck based is because I get bombarded with PMs asking to either get the award or saying "I deserve this award", when they clearly don't or they would have the award.

The reason I like to introduce a lot of lucky awards is because it gives everyone the chance to earn it. Rather than an award that only a few people can earn.

Because the awards that aren't luck based, only a few members have. You aren't going to see tons of members with the reputable, alien, or businessman award.
