Sellers TOS does not apply in-forum !

Hello,

Since so many people are getting scammed due to non working accounts and when they open a scam report they can't get their refund since the sellers TOS clearly say "All sales are final and no refunds/replacements will be given afterwards" !

Everyone can sell their products and make their own TOS and rules and get away with their scam !

I suggest adding this rule :     Making your own ToS is not allowed and will be ignored.

If you agree with me let's make it happen !

No, every product is different and not allowing people to change their TOS to something that'd fit their product would be good. If I don't wanna offer free refunds or replacements, I shouldn't have to. That's a shitty rule that only nulled retards have/need. If you have an issue with the TOS, don't buy.
