Don’t display upgrade discount news to fully upgraded users

I’m void and I cant upgrade to Apollo yet, and likely never will be able to, yet I still see the ugly “30% off all upgrades (TODAY ONLY)” notification banner. Can we get rid of that for those unable to upgrade any higher than their current rank?
