You have to be Void to view the Ban List?

I think everybody on OGU should be able to view the ban list. I mean, we're all using the forum, and we should see who got banned and for what reason in order to avoid scammers (potentially offsite). I don't see a huge point to only allowing Void to view this, it isn't necessarily a privilege. In the end it's up to the admin, but I just don't know why you have to get the $20 upgrade to see who got banned and why. I should also point out that I plan on upgrading to Void anyway, but I think even Newbies should be able to see the ban list. Let me know what you think.
