Fix post count

Deleting bumps on your own thread subtracts post count but the original post doesn't raise it, so the post count is thrown off.

This happened to me awhile ago and I reached 0 posts
Only deleting posts on your own thread subtract your post count while only posting on other user's threads allow post count to rise

if you look at posts on my profile I have 150 posts, none of which are bumps, but my post count only shows 1

imo it promotes spam and makes it hard to read through threads with all the bumps
I prefer to make it so people can read through vouches and such on my thread
