section sitters kinda recognize the same threads on the front page and learn to ignore them. thats what i do, and i am more attracted to new user's threads because its actually something new over the same hourly bumped threads wasting space on the first couple pages. Its just a quick study

i prefer a more active forum like this then all the other sites though but to each its own

if they banned autobumpers im pretty sure staff will add a PAID feature where u can pay to up ur threads like some other forums.

1. pretty sure the bump "cooldown" has never been 15 minutes.
2. bumping threads is useful to show potential buyers that a service is still active.
3. any responsible person should put all testimonials/vouches/important info in the OP, not in a reply.
4. if you think your thread looks ugly with a bunch of bumps, buy a paid sticky (but you'll probably still find yourself bumping those threads).

I know for a fact that bumping your sales threads regularly does result in an increase in customer conversion. While I agree that auto-bumpers should be limited/banned (just bump manually like a MAN), this practice has been in place for a very long time and will likely never be changed.
