A thread where users post links of threads that are of known scammers, or someone that is attempting to scam. 

This thread is then monitored by staff/mods, ie, they get a direct alert whenever someone posts in it. They go check thread, verify if it's a scammer , if so , initiate the hammer.

I like this idea, gives us more of an option and warning against potential scammers and time wasters
