Deal With Caution Suggestion

I might be dumb and just missing out but I'm curious

Is there a section where I can see why a member is in the Deal With Caution group? If Not I think they're should be.

Also once place in Deal With Caution can someone explain to me why they still have their vouches? For example let's use honest man @Heart
If @Heart has 10 vouches from 10 $1 deals he did but then scams $100 and is throw in the DWC group his vouches should be removed.

It literally does not make sense for someone who has to be dealt with cautiously, to have "Vouches" it's literally an oxymoron.

i didn't scam and still have my vouches :/
