Just thought I'd share it this with you all. An off-site achievement/milestone for me. I recently formed an LLC for my Real Estate investing business and I'm really happy to be at this point. We recently hired someone as well (explains my inactivity on here also).
I started with basically nothing and now am an officially recognized business by the state of Florida. This is a really big deal to me. Lots of work to be done to grow but big milestone. :)
