As the title says. I know of two people so far that have had limited paypals that were scheduled to be withdraw-able this month. However shortly before the 6 month wait period was up, Paypal deducted the entire balance off the account under reason of "damages". Losses from the two people I know total to an amount close to six figures. The money on the paypal accounts came from virtual item sales (Paypal hates these) and from thousands of customers. Average purchase amounts going to these accounts would be around 20-40 USD. All payments were G&S, no F&F tax evasion. The accounts were verified under the account owners' real credentials and tax ID - no tax evasion/id fraud here. Paypal has offered no recourse for recovering the funds lost and support has been no help.

That being said perhaps people should start to think twice about accepting paypal now or doing that limited account resale bullshit.
