Could be dumb for even the suggestion, or could simply be too much hassle but thought I'd quickly write it up.
People get scammed, scammers get banned. But what about their credits left behind?
Thought it could be cool if somehow, these credits were built up off banned members, then either distributed to people who have been scammed (may be too hard to do), or put toward a large lottery for the scammed to possibly win.
Like I said, could just be a dumb idea.
