If you are logged through the web-client you can directly open a users 
profile through an ID. This can be done by combing this URL + ID. 

Discordapp.com/users/InsertIDHere

My profile for example:

This URL will open my profile meaning you do not need to worry about talking 
to an impersonator.

I think that only works if you already have them added, or if you're in a mutual server with them, unless discord has changed it recently
