I am requesting a bol.com or MediaMarkt refunded that can order the product instead of me ordering

Normal refund service:

Buyer buys product
Refunder refunds product on buyer account
Buyer pays fee

What I want:

I pay you JUST the fee
You order the product and ship to me then you refund
