There is no limit to how many messages you can send a person. All messages will be sent through different numbers no duplicates.

highly suggest you use a vpn but it's not necessary.

I will not supply you with high quality proxies although you can accomplish the same task using free proxies however, not all free proxies will work and why you should use HTTPS or socks 5 proxies.
