First of all, if you need to know the awards and how to get them, check these two links:

Once you have met the requirements for an award, here's how to request it as they are not automated:
PLEASE ONLY REQUEST ONE AWARD PER THREAD
1. Go to https://RAIDUSER.com/Forum-Award-Requests and click 'Post thread'
You will see a template already typed out. DO NOT DELETE OR ALTER IT AS THAT WILL MESS UP YOUR REQUEST. DO NOT CHANGE THE TITLE
2. Type in the name of the award you are requesting.
Note: Only certain awards can be requested in this way. These are: Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Promoter, Migration, Active, Top Banana, Cheers, Grenade, Jukebox.
3. Copy and paste the link relating to your award. This is required and every award needs a link.
4. Once you've made sure to fill out both the award name and the link, simply post the thread and wait. You will not be able to see the thread yourself, but a staff member will see it and take care of it. If we have any questions or there is anything missing we will send you a private message. Otherwise, you will be granted the award when someone has the time to handle it.
