Not quite sure if this was intended or not, but:
When creating a new thread, (giveaway in specific) I was tagging around 20 people of whom shown interest of the giveaway on a previous thread.
Without posting, but only previewing the thread, everyone who was tagged got mentioned in their notifications
(thread has still not been posted yet, just previewed for errors)
I then got around 5 PMs of users asking, "what happened to the thread?" of which was never posted.
Perhaps a bug, not sure, but not a huge issue regardless.
