Thoughts to be considered
1. Most scammers are underage —they are not able to/barely meet the legal age requirement to hold a job("broke"). That is why they are quick to take money when it's handed to them
2. Scamming can happen regardless if a middleman is used(people are always out to make money easily ). Those that have little experience with currency are mostly underage—scammers need to realize that money comes and goes, it isn't everything ,but if they continue having their mindset(to cheat others),they will only grow up to be unsuccessful. Anyways,this is getting off topic; scams will happen ,so the next thing to do is—handle the disputes efficiently,fairly ,and properly.
3. Continuing the topic of age ,there is a reason minors aren't allowed to participate in jury duty—most simply lack maturity and life experience to make critical decisions. Judging whether someone scammed for $5 is in no synonymous to judging whether someone committed murder,however ,the age requirement to make the judgement should be.
4. How to consider the jury? First ,they should meet the age requirement. Secondly,there should be a paid jury application —those committed to being the jury will pay(weed out undedicated applicants ). This would also save staff members time on picking people(why pick someone who doesn't want the position),the paid application would also compensate the the staff for taking their time to review the applications
5. If an applicant seems fit,the staff may ask for a Skype interview(really?); yes,why implement a new user group (that's debatable if needed) if you are going to go about it half ass(excuse the language). The jury group should be legitimately formed .
6. Once jurors are chose (decided by staff/only 5 jurors to avoid complication) then no one else can comment on the dispute besides jurors/staff/scammer/and person scammed. What if other people have information about dispute? Then they can pm the jury with additional proof only.
7. If the dispute is deemed valid then it goes to staff(jury no longer has a say) and the jury hands over all dispute details.Decision is made by staff and the case is closed.
