Spend money to make money, a few vouch copies will definitely boost your sales even if it means losing a couple bucks in the short term.
Seeing how most panels sell mentions for less than $2/1k I don't see why you think vouches would be unnecessary. Charging above market price and not having vouches is a recipe for failure in my opinion.
