Detailed description of what happened: I sold the user around 4 or 4,5K coins, i don't remember the exact amount, but $4 per K is usually my price.
Then he charged back on PayPal. I use to send the money to my stepfather's paypal, now i'm negative balance in mine,

*I know the member is already banned, but i feel bad when people charge back, i lost around $50 in this site this week xd
