Detailed description of what happened: I was selling the URL id/attire on here to a user who added me from here on Steam. My friend was swapping the URL from my alt (he was logged in to my alt, I was on the fresh acc) to a fresh, and it told me it was unavailable. I go to the profile URL to see "Text OGU", and in the name history I see a bunch of links to Addy's OGU, which is where I got confused. After confronting them both I kind of just left it for a bit to see what would happen, and then I stumbled upon Transaction's post on Steam URLs and see attire listed, and I check the URL history to see Text gave/sold it to Transaction. After replying to Transaction's post, @Heart told me that Text was in fact bragging about it through Discord.

Note:
@Transaction had no part in this from what I'm aware of, he just bought it from @Text. He can keep the URL for all I care. It's just the fact that it was turboed while I was getting the URL ready for a sale (@Spook in PMs, if needed I can screenshot these as well.) that annoyed me, and the rule clearly states: "Do not intentionally try to steal/turbo other members accounts and/or usernames. (Includes off-site accounts/usernames)" - he turboed it and then sold it, which shows he was intentionally turboing the URL for his own gain.
