Detailed description of what happened: He pmed me saying that he got a visa card and was gonna buy credits off @Dak with it and said he would sell me the credits after (I only accepted because it is a good deal and I could have flipped the credits). I did think it was weird that he was gonna get credits just to sell but I figured it was so he could switch the visa card into actual money.
