Detailed description of what happened:
Was looking to get my 8.43 paypal exchanged to BTC and Lucifer told me he could do it
we made the deal and i sent the money, been about 30 minutes since i sent my btc addy,
he's open my messages but still hasn't replied, opened my messages on both kik and here
