Is COD the same anymore?

I fee like COD is just losing its swag. In my personal OPINION call of duty games have been getting progressively worse. 

We have more technology and a better fan Base now than we ever did yet the games seem like there's little to no time put into them. 

Games like MWR , MW2 & Black Ops were some of the best and weren't complicated at all. Simple and enjoyable. 

The new CODs are so complex and there's just too much going on. 

What's everyone's thoughts on this?

i feel like they're trying too hard to push out a new game every year.. if they did something like halo and actually waited interval years it'd be way better than it is now.
