Solar Need help with suspicious login

I have an IG account that's stuck on suspicious login. I forgot what the email is and the information to the email is saved on my old hard drive that doesn't work right. If I knew what the email was I might be able to reset the password so I can get back into it, let me know if you know of anything that I could do
