Received a VC for this, he seems to know what he's talking about and I made a couple suggestions to him to improve his service, this would be good for someone who is an average internet user and wants to improve there anonymity online without doing all the research etc or if you want to test your security practices. I suggested that he lowers his prices just a little as some advice can be found by doing research, I think the main keys of this service is the ability to have someone who can support you and the ability to have your security tested.
