Hi all, I am looking to sell up to 49 shares in my property company. [Whites Property Sourcing Ltd. Registered with Companies House UK]
I am doing this to generate the capital needed for us to become fully compliant with UK Laws/Regulations.
I have 7 months experience with another firm where I did an unpaid placement during college,
1 Share in my company will grant you 1% of all gross profits and 1 vote per share on key decisions within the company.
If you want any further information please do not hesitate to ask.
I am willing to sell shares 1 by 1 but would prefer to sell them all together.
Shares:
All 49: £3,000
1 Share: £61.23
