Disagree with both, the first one does the exact same thing as the sticky award, don't know why there needs to be two of them
and the vouch one sounds like a bad idea since the vouch system is based on 1 vouch = 1 user dealt with
For the SQL error also, that sort of thing has been popping up whilst doing different things for about the last 2 years every few months when the sites super slow, but a lot less over the past 6 months, have only seen it once recently, so that is already being improved by the looks of it
