I’ve never been seriously depressed. I’ve been through shit and the person who caused me a lot of my pain, my dad who was the cause taught me moving on helps. What ever it is u got going on the best advice to never linger in it. Don’t thrive in it and don’t let it get the best of u. Focus on whatever makes u happy. For me my situation wasn’t as bad as others around me so I thought to myself, I’m gonna stop feeling sorry for myself and blaming others for my problems: addiction, failure and my grades. As soon as I started taking responsibility everything has got better for me. I started attracting more girls, train in the gym 4 times a week, my grades are better than ever and I’m a better person to be around. Good luck brother, also depression is a horrible thing and I don’t want to take it lightly since I have no clue on ur situation but hmu
