Go for it, just do it with a sitter on the nature, the beach is the best place to do it period, I had one trip once where I could feel the energy of the waves and the sea with my whole being and so I started to go with the flow and shit was like I was doing some tai-chi movements I didn't know about before, I also started noticing a glow on every person like it was their "aura", shit was crazy I swear this happened and all my friends were laughing at me thinking I was doing some dance to the sun, whole trip was crazy but this was my favorite part.
