COD Warzone PC Unstable FPS

I have a i7 6700K @ 4.5GHz and a GTX 1080. 16GB of DDR4 RAM. I have almost everything on low except a few things. I have around 120FPS but sometimes it drops down to like 90. What causes this? My setup should be able to run this game at constant 144fps with these low settings right?
