ok so i lost multiple chargebacks on friends and family purchases and now im out almost $300 so i was wondering if i contact the bank and tell them how i didnt receive what was paid for could they win it or what

Did use them but eventually PayPal linked all them together and gave me fees to pay and tracked all my accounts
