enable users to create a group chat

considering some mm's deal onsite only this would be helpful for them

this actually would be helpful especially when it comes to using @Regulus or @Vyrez

not a bad idea, the chat feature is still in beta so maybe after awhile this could get added

aslong as there is an option to not allow people to add you to them unless you accept it, it's fine.
