NOOB WARNING: first off, I'd like to establish that I don't know shit about IP addresses and what not. please please forgive my lack of knowledge lol.
my brother comes home here and there, and he recently has been wondering if he could make an account here as well. he has known about the com for some time now, and has stated this site has encouraged him to finally get into it.
I understand that creating multiple accounts can result in immediate ban. that is, according to #####. but I'm not looking to create multiple accounts, I simply am wondering if I'll be banned from my brother joining (FROM HIS PHONE) just because he uses the same wifi or whatever. I'm not trying to look suspicious or alarm anyone in any way :( suggestions?
