Yet another scammer

Detailed description of what happened:
So I was doing an exchange for 350 btc for 380 PayPal and so I've been waiting for at least a day if not a little longer, and he replies but always has a excuse of why it's taking so long which I was trying to be understanding. But it's just taking to damn long. Then I ask how long cause he was at work and he said 4 hours I've waited 4 to 5 now almost 6 hours. Then he was on the bus and I asked If he's going to send when he gets home and he said "Actually as soon as I get home I'm going to get on my pc and turn it off" which makes it sound like he's not sending it you will see those messages on the imagur link below.

Note: this started on o'g'flip but he has same shop open on here so yeah.
