Well we do have the "x amount of time of service" bars now, so I suppose that somewhat fills this order.

However still, seeing an actual award for it would be cool. Only yearly ones though, otherwise there'd just be too many.
Most who'll sign up to scam won't be here longer than 6 months, so they're out, and those who slip through those cracks are still typically gone within a years time of their join date, it's just the natural course.

Year 1 bronze
Year 2 silver
Year 3 gold
Year 4 platinum
Year 5 black
And it would cap at year 5, having 5 individual awards all color and yearly based

That's my idea anyway.
